“ Hidden gem. Recent Capital One card owner and noticed this place online. Coffee/food is 1/2 off for card owners and you can book a "nook" for up to 2 hours for free as a card owner, too! Centrally located in SM and staff here are SUPER helpful and nice. The space is quiet, nice natural lighting. Only downside is that the outlets do not work in the "common" areas (non-nook areas). ”
“ This has some of the best customer service I've ever had. Server "Skye," was extremely nice. I found a new favorite spot to come and do my work. It's a nice modern style, with descent views from outside, free Wi-Fi, outlets to charge your devices and even some private rooms to rent out. And of course having a café is very nice. And of course, if you have a Capital One bank account or Credit Card, it's great to come here for your banking needs with the ATMs. Though, I have not used their "banking services" I'll update my review when I do. If "Skye" is there, I Highly recommend the "Skye Drink" ”

“ Having a Capitol One card, it is such a treat to be able to visit the different capitol one cafes to study or catch up with friends. This is one of the largest Capitol One cafes I’ve been to! The ceiling was so high and there are ample amounts of seating spaces out. There is only one bathroom however and you’ll likely need to talk with one of the staff or security guards to have access to it. I got my usual chai latte with almond milk. They add a good amount of cinnamon that makes it so Good! I thank the staff who were there that day when I visited - they were kind and generous. God bless you all. ”

“ The drip coffee wasn’t good but for just $2 (if use discover card) it is a good deal. The place itself is very nice. It is very clean, cozy, and pretty quiet. There are different types of tables. There are also walk-in study rooms that you can use. It feels very comfortable here. Not many places in downtown Santa Monica are that nice. I really like the vibe. The staff is very friendly. ”
